To celebrate, we’re giving visitors an exclusive chance to win free architectural drawings for either a loft conversion or a home extension.

Competition Terms and Conditions – Free Architectural Drawings
- Eligibility
1.1. The competition is open to individuals aged 18 or over.
1.2. The property for which the architectural drawings will be produced must have a Surrey, Hampshire or Sussex postcode.
1.3. Only one entry per person is permitted.
1.4. Employees, contractors, or associates of the promoter, as well as their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
1.5. The entrant must be the legal homeowner of the property.
- How to Enter
2.1. Entry is made solely via completing the online entry form provided.
2.2. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
2.3. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or submitted after the closing date of Sunday, 18th January will not be considered.
- Prize
3.1. One winner will receive a free architectural drawing package for a single scheme, either a loft conversion or a home extension, up to 50m2 in size.
3.2. The prize includes:
- A full on-site measured survey of the property.
- Collaboration with an architect to produce:
- Existing floor plans
- Proposed floor plans
- One round of amendments to the proposed plans
- Elevations suitable for planning submission
3.3 The prize excludes:
- Building Regulations drawings or submissions
- Structural engineering calculations
- Any additional schemes outside the chosen loft or extension proposal
- Winner Selection and Notification
4.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
4.2. The winner will be contacted using the details provided on the entry form.
4.3. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- Publicity and Media Consent
5.1. By entering the competition, the winner agrees to take part in a doorstep announcement, including filming and photography for use on the promoter’s website and social media channels, including YouTube.
5.2. The winner grants the promoter the right to use this media content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- Prize Conditions
6.1. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
6.2. The design must commence within 3 months of the winner being announced.
6.3. Any additional work requested beyond the scope of the prize will be chargeable at the promoter’s standard rates.
- Promoter’s Rights
7.1. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend the competition where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
7.2. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, misdirected, or technically corrupted.
- Liability
8.1. The promoter is not liable for any costs, losses, or damages incurred as a result of participating in the competition or accepting the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
- Data Protection
9.1. Personal data supplied during the entry process will be used for administering the competition and marketing communications.
9.2. Personal information will be processed in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy.
- Governing Law
10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10.2. Any disputes arising in connection with the competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
