Problem
Manny and Tessa had already downsized to a lovely detached house. However, they soon found that with a growing family of teens – one of whom had special needs – they were feeling a bit cramped. They needed to expand rather than move to a new location.
The Solution
We built a self-contained extension in the loft, complete with a large living area and a double room with an en suite bathroom.
Result
The extension has given the family the extra space and light they needed without the hassle of moving. It also doubles as an annexe so that visitors can enjoy a self-contained environment with all the comforts they need.
