Problem
James and Hannah’s two storey Victorian house in Guildford was beautiful, but the uneconomical layout and lack of useable space was becoming a problem – especially with a baby on the way.
Loft Conversion and Basement Remodel
Surrey lofts designed a bespoke solution to add a third floor to the house. We created a spacious new bedroom with a luxurious bathroom, including a built-in bath and walk-in shower.
We also installed a staircase in the basement, in a matching style to the rest of the house, leading to two additional rooms: another bedroom, plus a lounge/ home cinema!
Results
The new rooms and layout provided loads more room for guests and leisure – all designed, implemented and built before baby Josh arrived.
